In her role as Managing Associate, Antonia leads our Dispute Resolution Department and also oversees the operational coordination of the entire firm, supervising and guiding the work of our other attorneys.
Over the years, Antonia has proven to be a valuable team member, showing constant growth and an eagerness for knowledge that has propelled her professional and career advancement within the firm. Her commitment to excellence has been rewarded with both recognition and progression in her role.
Antonia’s focus lies in two of the firm’s most critical practice areas: litigation and administrative disputes. These dynamic fields present intricate cases with multiple layers, allowing her to serve some of our most discerning clients.
Through her leadership, the firm continues to strengthen its position in the market, pursuing a trajectory of steady expansion and enhanced client service.
Antonia undertook her legal studies at the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law. Subsequently, she chose to further specialize in her legal education by completing a master course in criminology and criminal sciences at UNID, in Milan.
Before being admitted to the Bucharest Bar, Antonia was part of the managing team of an important Italian company specializing in the tourism field, as well as an intern for a notary office in Domodossola, Italy.
Antonia joined the Băiculescu și Asociații team, having previously been an associate at an individual law firm, where she was engaged in civil and insurance law cases.
Antonia manages diverse range of civil and commercial litigation cases, overseeing some of the firm’s most complex disputes related to financing agreements, loans, service contracts, and corporate governance in companies with intricate structures. Her clients include international telecom suppliers, copper cable manufacturers, and leading companies in industrial cleaning and refining.
Additionally, she has expanded into administrative litigation, representing major investment firms regulated by state authorities, as well as handling high-value disputes between contracting authorities, contractors, and subcontractors on multi-million-euro public projects.
Antonia is fluent in English and Italian.
Antonia has an artistic inclination, so she loves visual arts as drawing and photography. As an activity that goes hand in hand with her passion, she also enjoys hiking and exploring nature, in search for spectacular landscapes.
