Antonia-Miruna Prisacaru is one of our three brilliant associates, having experience in criminal law, as well as civil law.
Moreover, given her background and continuing instructions, Antonia has developed an important knowledge in criminal law fields as money laundering, information law and cybercrime, advising a number of corporates about their obligations under the European Union and Romanian regulations, regarding the action against money laundering and financing of terrorism. Antonia also supports and guides clients in health and safety offences, generally following accidents.
She is very organized and always a step ahead of opponents by grasping the nuances of different approaches.
Antonia undertook her legal studies at the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law. Subsequently, she chose to further specialize in her legal education by completing a master course in criminology and criminal sciences at UNID, in Milan.
Before being admitted to the Bucharest Bar, Antonia was part of the managing team of an important Italian company specializing in the tourism field, as well as an intern for a notary office in Domodossola, Italy.
Antonia joined the Băiculescu și Asociații team, having previously been an associate at an individual law firm, where she was engaged in civil and insurance law cases.
Currently, Antonia acts for individuals and organizations in a wide range of cases, from allegations of financial wrongdoing and corruption to smaller crimes as driving under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
Antonia is fluent in English and Italian.
Antonia has an artistic inclination, so she loves visual arts as drawing and photography. As an activity that goes hand in hand with her passion, she also enjoys hiking and exploring nature, in search for spectacular landscapes.
