Andreea is the newest addition to our team, though she’s no stranger to the legal field, bringing over four years of experience as an attorney. She is a valuable asset to our Dispute Resolution practice, known for her strong legal acumen, disciplined approach, and genuine passion for the law.
Andreea manages a diverse range of cases, from professional disputes arising from breach of contract terms to conflicts related to an individual’s role as an associate or shareholder in a company. She also handles cases involving automotive incident litigation, a field in which she excels and consistently delivers outstanding results due to her extensive prior experience.
Among Andreea’s most valued qualities, appreciated by her colleagues, are her discipline, organization, and the positive energy she brings to the team. Furthermore, clients frequently express appreciation for her clear communication style and her efficiency in handling requests promptly.
Andreea graduated with high marks from Romania’s most prestigious law school, the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest, and her strong academic achievements are clearly reflected in her professional work.
Before joining Băiculescu și Asociații, Andreea gained her professional experience at two boutique law firms, where she developed her expertise in commercial law and consulting, as well as in insurance law, particularly in matters related to automotive incidents.
Thanks to these experiences, Ms. Mitroi has become a well-rounded attorney, capable of drafting complex documents of any type, advising clients on sophisticated matters brought to her attention, and successfully representing them before courts and various public or private institutions.
Since joining our firm, Andreea has taken on complex cases from the outset, demonstrating her adeptness in handling challenging matters due to her prior experience.
Andreea strengthens our Dispute Resolution department by managing civil and commercial litigation for both individual and corporate clients. She also provides consultancy on matters related to the Trade Register, working with some of our firm’s most prominent clients.
Andreea is fluent in English and French.
Andreea finds joy in exploring new destinations and immersing herself in nature, where she feels most at peace. In her free time, she loves diving into a good book and expressing her creativity through interior design.
