Horatiu Pătrașcu is a recent addition to our team, bringing with him a distinguished career as a magistrate in the field of administrative and tax litigation. His extensive experience includes over 10 years at the Bucharest Court of Appeal and approximately 8 years at the High Court of Cassation and Justice, making his presence in our firm a great honor.
In his role as an attorney, Mr. Pătrașcu brings the same passion and dedication that marked his career as a magistrate. He also provides access to a vast archive of legal practices, significant rulings, and a collection of books authored during his career, all of which are fundamental resources for our firm and the clients we represent

Mr. Horațiu Pătrașcu’s professional experience is admirable, as he began his career as a magistrate in 1998 and has since served in the administrative and fiscal litigation sections of the country’s most significant courts. He spent 14 years as a judge at the Bucharest Court of Appeal and approximately 6 years at the High Court of Cassation and Justice.
Starting in 2024, Mr. Pătrașcu has become not only an attorney, but also an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration attached to the Bucharest Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Horațiu excels in the field of administrative and fiscal litigation; however, due to his extensive experience, he also successfully manages labor disputes, a domain he has always been passionate about.
Horațiu is fluent in English.
Mr. Pătrașcu has always been passionate about study and writing, incorporating his knowledge into several valuable publications. He also enjoys mentoring young legal talents as a trainer at the National Institute of Magistracy. In his free time, he finds relaxation in gardening.
