As a colleague since the firm’s earliest days, Claudia-Giorgiana Stoica has established herself as a key player within our team, handling complex cases, with a focus on Dispute Resolution and service related to the Trade Register.
Claudia applies her extensive expertise to assist clients in resolving complex commercial disputers and navigating corporate regulatory matters. Her current work includes representing parties in shareholder conflicts, contract disputes, and Trade Register procedures, where she ensures compliance and facilitates smooth business operations.
Claudia is perseverant in her activit, her research skills being notable. She is technically insightful when it comes to case preparation and characterized by strong analytical ability.
Claudia studied Legal and Administrative sciences at „Dimitrie Cantemir” University, in Bucharest.
Following her legal degree, Claudia began her career at boutique law firm, where she has gained a wealth of experience in fields such as family and commercial law.
Claudia specializes in corporate law, advisory services, and civil and commercial litigation, leveraging her expertise to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Claudia is fluent in English.
Claudia loves travelling and exploring new places. She will always have a book on her so she can enjoy her two favorite activities simultaneously. Claudia is also an animal lover.
