Alexandru-Valentin Constantinescu, our experienced managing associate, acts on behalf of individuals and corporations across a broad range of white-collar crime, fraud and regulatory matters.
Alexandru represents clients in all stages of criminal prosecution. He has particular experience providing expert legal advice and assistance to those being interviewed under caution by the police and other investigatory agencies. Alex also furnishes legal advice to potential prosecution witnesses. As a litigator and an advocate, he is tactically astute when it comes to case preparation. He has successfully worked on some of our most important cases, regarding complex tax evasion crimes, fraud, and cybercrime.
Alexandru is a very disciplined individual, characterized by punctuality, involvement, and responsibility. He has an incredible grasp of detail, as well as an impressive ability to spot the points that will win.
Alexandru graduated from the Faculty of Law – University of Bucharest with honorable results.
Before joining the Băiculescu și Asociații team, Alexandru collaborated as an associate with a corporate law firm, where he built considerable experience in commercial and civil litigation among other areas.
During his previous experiences, Alexandru had control of the full range of legal issues, from criminal law to civil law, intellectual property law, commercial law, and labour law. His passion for criminal sciences has led him to a brilliant evolution in this domain. He is currently specialized in white-collar crimes.
Alexandru is fluent in English and French.
Our managing associate loves hiking more than any other recreative activity. He is also passionate about reading, emerging technologies, and cinema.
